2018: Speaking at the United Nations Headquarters (Strategic Leadership and People-Centered Multilateralism)
Dr. Bart Tkaczyk was invited to speak on Strategic Leadership at the United Nations Headquarters in New York City. The New York Summit attracted 2,000 leaders from over 80 countries. Also, on August 22, 2018, at the United Nations Headquarters, Dr. Bart Tkaczyk remembered Mr. Kofi Annan, the seventh Secretary-General of the United Nations.
2018: The Year of Zayed 2018 Honor (Positive Leadership)
To commemorate the Year of Sheikh Zayed, the Founding Father of the UAE, Dr. Bart Tkaczyk, MBA, Fulbright Scholar at University of California at Berkeley, Managing Member of ENERGIZERS, LLC, was awarded the Year of Zayed 2018 Honor, the Statuette of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Ruler of Dubai, in recognition of his Positive Leadership. The Honor was conferred on Dr. Tkaczyk at the ‘Creating Happiness in the Workplace’ World Conference in Dubai – under the Patronage of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai.
When receiving the Honor, Dr. Tkaczyk shared: “I’m feeling so touched to receive this absolutely magnificent Honor. To receive the Year of Zayed Recognition, the Statuette of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed, the Ruler of Dubai, is a very energizing and very, very, very humbling experience to say the least...” Dr. Tkaczyk stated further, "Today, positive strategic leadership is needed more than gold."
2018, the Year of Sheikh Zayed, marks 100 years since the birth of the Sheikh Zayed, the Founding Father of the UAE.

Dr. Bart Tkaczyk, Managing Member of ENERGIZERS, LLC, was honored at the Opening Ceremony of the 45th IFTDO World Conference held in the Kingdom of Bahrain, under the Patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
